Talent Acquisition SpecialistHeadquarters - Corinth, TX 76210OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: High School Category: Human ResourcesDescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Credit Union, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.In addition to talent acquisition responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Specialist assists with the administration of human resources programs, maintains compliance with federal and state regulations, and supports employee communications related to HR policies and procedures. The position also participates in community outreach efforts, such as job fairs and campus recruiting events, to strengthen the Credit Union's talent pipeline. This is an onsite position located in Corinth, TX Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Regular work attendance is an essential function of the job.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.Conduct background checks, and employee verification.Facilitate new hire orientation and support employee understanding of HR policies and programs.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Prepare HR reports and support audits as needed.Assist employees, managers, and applicants with HR-related questions and issues.Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and training activities.Stay current on HR best practices and employment regulations.Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, 401(k), etc.)Paid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive, collaborative work environmentThis position has potential for hybrid remote work on Mondays and Fridays only at management discretion.QualificationsHigh School Diploma2-3 years of professional recruiting experience preferredKnowledge of human resources/recruiting laws and regulationsKnowledge of related computer applications, HRIS and Microsoft 365Paycom experience preferredThrives in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, oral, and written communication skillsProfessional appearance, dress and attitudeCompetenciesResults-drivenAttention to detailProblem-solvingEffective communicatorTeam-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills
