HR Assistant: Onboarding, Reporting & Compliance
SERENITY HOME HEALTH CARE
Serenity Home Health Care is seeking an organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Niles, IL. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and HR reporting, while coordinating with the Vice President of Human Resources on initiatives. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ATS tools, and strong Excel skills.
