Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: 2203 Oak St Seward, AK 99664
Contract Length: 13 or 26 Weeks (Traveler's Choice)
Start Date: ASAP / August 4, 2026
Shift Options:

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (4x12)
Night: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (4x12)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Long-Term Care (LTC) and travel experience to provide compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric residents. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for patients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and behavioral health conditions while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Required Qualifications:

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
Previous travel healthcare experience is required.
Current CNA license.
Pending Alaska CNA license accepted only if the application has already been submitted with supporting documentation.
Strong experience working with adult and geriatric patients.
Ability to float to other units as needed.

Alaska License Requirements

Candidates with a pending Alaska CNA license must provide:

Proof that the Alaska CNA application has been submitted.
Proof of application fee payment.
Fingerprint submission confirmation.
Educational verification.
License verification.
Active CNA license from another state.
CNA training completion certificate or transcript.
