Responsibilities Develop and implement tailored OT plans that promote communication skills, motor development, and overall functional independence. Provide direct speech therapy and occupational therapy services to students with a variety of developmental delays and disabilities. Monitor student progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with educational and healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in pediatrics, physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and medical terminology relevant to patient care within an educational context. Qualifications Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist t with experience in school settings preferred. TSSLD for Speech Therapists Familiarity with the unique needs of students requiring speech therapy or occupational therapy services within a school environment.
