Willow Dermatology is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead our front office and clinical support teams. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing clinic workflow, supporting staff development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations and staff workflow.
• Supervise front desk and clinical support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and compliance initiatives.
• Support providers with complex patient concerns, prior authorizations, and operational issues.
• Oversee inventory management, equipment readiness, and clinic cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, infection control practices, and Arizona healthcare regulations.
• Lead quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellence.
• Ensure that all staff members are up to date on basic life support, HIPAA, and other certifications as per Arizona law and company policies.
• Assist physicians in staff scheduling and developing a protocol for staff support when staff call out sick or take paid time off.
• Assist in and oversee sterilization of clinical instruments, equipment, medical exam gowns, and treatment areas according to infection control standards.
• Assist physicians in any human resources (HR) related concerns.
• Identify and implement necessary quality improvement protocols to improve patient care and reduce the risk of medical errors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At minimum: Current national Medical Assistant certification required – Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Dermatology experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
