Account Manager - Data Center Infrastructure

Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus About the Role We are partnering with a global provider of critical infrastructure solutions to recruit an experienced Account Manager focused on the German market. The business delivers industry-leading power, cooling, and IT infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise, colocation, cloud, and hyperscale data center environments. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on managing and growing strategic accounts rather than purely hunting for new business. You will own key customer relationships, drive revenue growth, manage complex sales opportunities, and position yourself as a trusted advisor to customers across the data center ecosystem. Working closely with technical specialists and solution engineers, you will lead commercial discussions, develop account strategies, and engage with senior decision-makers to deliver long‑term business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic data center and enterprise accounts across Germany. Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and customer retention. Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, procurement teams, consultants, and key stakeholders. Identify and develop new opportunities within existing customer accounts. Own the sales pipeline from opportunity creation through negotiation and contract award. Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions. Deliver executive‑level presentations and business reviews. Collaborate with technical and product specialists to develop customer solutions. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM tools. Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the critical infrastructure and data center sectors. Required Experience Proven experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Sales within an international B2B environment. Strong track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and high‑value customer relationships. Experience selling or supporting solutions within the data center industry. Strong understanding of one or more of the following: Data Center Cooling Solutions Thermal Management Systems AC Power Infrastructure DC Power Infrastructure White Space Solutions Critical Infrastructure Technologies Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth and account expansion. Excellent negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and decision-makers. Language Requirements Professional English communication skills (essential).
