Balance cash drawer, verify starting cash, total daily funds, and prepare bank deposits. Safeguard shop merchandise and process sales transactions, including handling cash, Stock and organize products and supplies; maintain a clean, sanitary coffee bar and cart. Estimate food needs and follow temperature and food safety guidelines. Track inventory and request supplies or equipment; rotate stock and store food properly. Operate a variety of kitchen utensils to weigh, measure, mix, wash, peel, cut, grind, stir, strain, season and knead foods for cooking, serving and storing.
