Responsibilities

Attend community events in the Alexandria area to represent our agency and foster local connections.

Collaborate with the broader team to improve our service offerings and streamline the enrollment process.

Continuously sharpen your product knowledge to stay ahead of industry changes and offer the best advice.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property Casualty Insurance license.

Proven track record in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory.

Effective verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.

Proficiency in standard office software and CRM systems.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage a busy calendar.

Prior experience with agency management systems is a plus.
