Territory Manager (Orange County) - Endoscopy

Medtronic seeks a Territory Manager for endoscopy sales in Orange County, California. The role involves field-based sales to healthcare organizations, educating physicians on gastrointestinal product portfolios, and driving product adoption through clinical expertise and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by driving incremental GI product adoption
- Provide clinical education and product demonstrations to physicians and healthcare professionals across assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Successfully launch new devices and manage product adoption strategies with cross-functional collaboration
- Maintain Salesforce records, expense reports, sales forecasts, and comply with company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare
- Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of Orange County territory
- Strong clinical knowledge of gastrointestinal and hepato-pancreato-biliary anatomy and disease states
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas and drive product adoption in healthcare settings
- Preferred: 2+ years gastrointestinal or endoscopy sales experience with quota attainment track record
