Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with engagement agreements and billing guidelines. Process monthly billing cycles, including pre-bills, revisions, and final invoice distribution. Monitor and ensure compliance with client billing requirements, including e-billing submissions. Respond to attorney and client inquiries regarding billing matters. Track and resolve invoice rejections, billing discrepancies, and payment issues. Maintain accurate billing records and client account information. Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate billing. Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and collections activities as needed. Generate billing and financial reports for management review. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment. Knowledge of legal billing procedures, client guidelines, and e-billing platforms. Experience preparing and processing high-volume invoices. Proficiency with legal billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
