Construction Receptionist

Construction ReceptionistLHH Recruitment is seeking a professional and organized Construction Receptionist to join a busy construction client in Albuquerque. This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, vendors, and customers while also providing administrative support to the operations team. This role is fully onsite, paying $20/hr.The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, employees, vendors, and customers in a professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and messagesProvide general administrative and clerical support to the construction and operations teamsPerform light dispatching by coordinating calls, schedules, and field personnel as neededCommunicate with field employees, drivers, vendors, and customers regarding schedules and job-related informationMaintain accurate records, files, and documentationAssist with data entry, scanning, filing, and other office dutiesTrack and communicate updates to the appropriate team membersHelp coordinate deliveries, service calls, and other operational requestsRespond to basic questions and escalate issues when necessaryMaintain a professional and organized reception and office areaAssist with additional administrative and operational projects as neededQualifications1+ year of receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferredConstruction, dispatch, transportation, or field-service experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable communicating with both office and field personnelProficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsReliable, professional, and dependableAbility to work fully onsite Monday–Friday
