We are seeking an exceptional Litigation Attorney to join our renowned California toxic tort team (focus on asbestos and talc cases) .   The position requires you to manage cases throughout all phases of litigation including preparing for trial. Excellent oral and written advocacy skills are a must.

This position is hybrid  with flexibility on in office vs. remote days. 

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of defense litigation experience
• Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through completion
• Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/pr general liability law preferred
• Must be admitted to practice in CA
