Card Fraud Investigator & Disputes Specialist

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Card Investigations Representative to protect member accounts and support recovery in a fast-paced Enterprise Fraud unit. You will investigate card fraud and disputes, communicate with VISA/Mastercard and merchants, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires detail orientation, strong analytical skills, and 2+ years of relevant experience. This is a non-exempt, hourly position reporting to Supervisor - Card Investigations within the Enterprise Fraud #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden-1-Credit-Union
