HR Director

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee daily HR operations within a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a hands‑on, organized professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of human resources in a long‑term care environment. Prior HR experience in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting is required. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Partner with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement. Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee HR audits. Coordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and HR‑related processes. Support payroll and timekeeping processes. Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee communication. Qualifications Human Resources experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long‑term care (LTC) setting required. Previous HR Director, HR Manager, or HR leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Why Join Complete Care?
