IT Support Analyst

Virtual Vocations Inc

To launch a career in IT, the part-time IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to employees remotely, troubleshoot common IT issues, and manage support tickets while receiving hands-on training and mentorship. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting technical support through the help desk Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues, including password resets and connectivity problems Document and manage support tickets through resolution, escalating complex issues as necessary Required qualifications Recent graduate (Associate's, Bachelor's, technical program, bootcamp, or equivalent) or graduating soon Strong desire to build a career in IT and a passion for technology Excellent communication skills with a positive, service-oriented mindset Comfortable using Microsoft applications and interested in learning AI-powered productivity tools Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
