The Neurohospitalist will rotate weekly through several services to provide comprehensive inpatient neurologic care across two campuses:Moses Campus (~700 bed hospital) • Primary Team Inpatient Service o Lead a general neurology inpatient team teaching neurology residents o Alternatively supervise a PA-supported primary neurology service • General Neurology Consult Service o Attending-only consult service o Resident-based teaching consult serviceWeiler Campus (~400 bed hospital) • General Neurology Consult Service o Collaborative team model with residents and PAsThe Neurohospitalist would not be involved in stroke codes as there is a dedicated stroke consult team/service for this.We offer a highly competitive compensation package aligned with major academic medical centers in New York City. In addition to base salary, we offer productivity incentives, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, retirement contributions, and faculty appointments.Ideal Candidate Qualifications We are seeking candidates who are: • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology • Eligible for medical licensure in New York • Committed to academic medicine and trainee education • Comfortable working in diverse care models (resident-led teams and PA-supported services) • Skilled in managing high-acuity inpatient neurologic conditions • Collaborative, adaptable, and team-orientedSubspecialty training is welcome but not required.
