Assistant Manager – Dunkin’ Assisting the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shifts, local store marketing, and the achievement of sales and profit goals. You will help team members with performance and training initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on guest service and operational excellence. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant. Assist the General Manager with scheduling and shift management. Help execute local store marketing initiatives to reach sales and profit targets. Provide coaching and training to team members for performance improvement. Ensure adherence to guest service standards and attention to detail. Qualifications At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Minimum age of 18 (or higher as required by law). Exceptional time‑management, attention to detail, and guest service skills. Available to start at 4am and maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes. Ability to work well in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused environment.
