Project Manager

Project ManagerLead high-priority corporate projects from inception through completion, ensuring initiatives achieve defined business objectives and success criteria. You will work across functions and organizational levels to align stakeholders, coordinate resources, and maintain momentum throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines strategic planning, execution, communication, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will guide cross-functional teams without direct authority, using influence and sound judgment to drive results. A strong focus on technical understanding will enable you to manage complex projects involving systems, data, integrations, and organizational change. You will also establish clear reporting structures, manage dependencies and critical paths, and proactively address risks and challenges. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact initiatives in a collaborative and rapidly evolving environment.Accountabilities:Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, and priorities in collaboration with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, communications plans, and supporting documentation.Establish clear expectations with project teams and stakeholders and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with delivery leads to estimate and secure the people, technology, and other resources required to achieve project objectives.Develop capital or operating budget proposals and recommend adjustments as project requirements evolve.Negotiate with department leaders to secure required personnel and resources.Lead cross-functional project teams and drive delivery even when team members are outside the direct reporting structure.Identify, manage, and communicate project dependencies, critical paths, risks, issues, and potential conflicts.Proactively manage scope changes, identify potential crises, and develop appropriate contingency and mitigation plans.Monitor project progress and prepare status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, and executive summaries.Establish reporting requirements, analyze project results, and troubleshoot areas that may affect delivery.Maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, users, project teams, and other departments to support successful outcomes.Gather customer and user feedback and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Facilitate negotiations, resolve conflicts constructively, and maintain productive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.Conduct project retrospectives, document lessons learned, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.5+ years of technical project management experience.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Strong understanding of technical requirements, project dependencies, implementation tradeoffs, and technology-driven initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.Ability to gather customer and user input, simplify complex subjects, and prepare concise summaries for executives and stakeholders.Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and develop effective approaches to new or ambiguous assignments.Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgment under deadline pressure.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and remain effective in challenging situations.Experience managing product rollout and lifecycle projects is highly desirable.Experience managing systems and/or data integration projects is preferred.Experience with system consolidation, data cleansing, transformation, migration, and process consolidation is a plus.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable.PMP certification is preferred.MBA is a plus.Benefits:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunity to lead high-priority, business-critical projects with broad organizational impact.Cross-functional exposure and collaboration with executive leaders, technical teams, clients, and business stakeholders.Professional growth opportunities through complex project ownership and continuous improvement initiatives.Position may include some business-related travel.Work environment includes a combination of sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, and regular use of computer, videophone, and mobile technology.Occasional lifting of computers and other equipment may be required.
