Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible. 
• 3+ Years of experience as a licensed physical therapist
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan. 
• Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. 
• Experience instructing family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques. 
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $105,000-$125,000for experienced professionals. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
