We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader to set the direction for Ford’s website strategy, creative execution, and marketing technology deployment. The Consumer Web Manager (Discover/Shop) will bring Ford’s vehicles to life online by connecting business strategy, customer insights, and digital marketing execution. This strategic digital marketing leader will guide collaboration across Analytics and Data, User Experience, Brand Marketing, and Digital Product Management teams to create connected website experiences that engage prospects, support the shopping journey, and deliver measurable business value. You’ll have… Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in automotive, brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. At least 10 years of progressively responsible digital experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Strong knowledge of advertising technology, search engine optimization (SEO), AI optimization and generative engine optimization (AIO/GEO), and web technologies and platforms, including Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM, AAM, Analytics, and Target) and Salesforce. Experience advancing an integrated Content Supply Chain through agentic and generative AI, rendering, visualization, 2D drawing, image-editing, and manufacturing tools to accelerate scalable content creation, optimization, personalization, and delivery. Demonstrated leadership in setting direction, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and enabling the execution and measurement of large-scale consumer engagement and marketing initiatives. Strong program and project leadership skills, with the ability to establish clear priorities, governance, and ways of working that empower teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality work efficiently. Proven ability to interpret complex business, customer, and performance data; identify meaningful patterns and actionable insights; and translate findings into clear strategic recommendations that guide marketing decisions and business outcomes. This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
