Overview Supervisor, Rehabilitation DepartmentAllen Hospital - Waterloo, IAFull-time, Day shiftThe Supervisor Rehabilitation provides frontline leadership for rehabilitation services across physical,occupational, and speech therapy, overseeing day-to-day operations. This role manages staffing and scheduling,supports efficient workflows and patient throughput, and ensures high-quality, evidence-based care aligned withdepartmental and organizational goals. The supervisor partners with therapy leadership to develop, implement,and evaluate plans and performance, serves as a clinical resource, and maintains a patient caseload as needed.The position drives continuous improvement by monitoring productivity, service standards, and patientoutcomes, and fosters strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
