What You’ll Do Support revenue recognition, internal controls, and management reporting in compliance with GAAP and corporate policies Analyze inventory usage and purchasing variances; partner closely with Operations to identify root causes Reconcile inventory subledger to the general ledger and recommend COGS adjustments as needed Prepare period cost reserves, excess & obsolete (E&O) analyses, and related journal entries Perform monthly account reconciliations and prepare quarterly financial variance explanations Lead and participate in quarterly and annual audits, tax packs, surveys, and physical inventory counts Contribute to special projects focused on process improvement, efficiency, and profitability What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation and analysis Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls Familiarity with government contract compliance, FAR, and CAS regulations (preferred) Experience with Deltek Costpoint, TM1, and OneStream (a plus) U.S. Citizenship required due to facility access and work restrictions What We Offer Competitive Salary & Benefits Package Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance from Day 1 Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Educational Tuition Reimbursement Fun Employee Events throughout the year Why Teledyne? Salary Range $77,900.00-$103,800.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
