Compensation and Benefits The position offers $60,000 to $90,000 per year , along with a benefits package as listed above. Schedule 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday–Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday Responsibilities As a Business Development Representative, you begin your day by reviewing new internet leads and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally through phone, email, and text. You engage potential buyers, answer questions, and schedule appointments, while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. You follow up with prospective customers to ensure consistent communication and a high level of service. You collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-store visit.
