The Position
The clinical support specialist will provide administrative support to clinical care coordinator team including monitoring and running reports creating visit notifications sending emails on behalf of Clinical Specialists using established Outlook templates basic patient chart maintenance in Salesforce & NextGen and other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Monitor & run reports out of EMR systems
• Send emails to facilities on behalf of peer group utilizing established Outlook templates & verbiage
• Update basic information in patient charts as needed in Salesforce & NextGen
• Maintain relevant patient documents in Salesforce
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelors degree is preferred
• 1-2 years previous applicable experience

This is a full-time position working standard business hours Monday Friday although project support may require temporary adjustments to those hours only as needed.

Location

Position reports to the office for first six-months then qualifies to moves to hybrid with successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.
