Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to support continuous progress in their home environments
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes, making necessary modifications to ensure patients remain on track towards their goals

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Credentials

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is necessary
