Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our 2 nd to oversee our organization’s mat production operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to ensure that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process. The role requires the ability to monitor employees and organize workflows. Production is a fast-paced environment, and the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. Must be skilled in complex operations and able to comprehend the multifaceted nature of the manufacturing process. The ability to optimize day-to-day activities while maintaining a safe work environment is also essential to ensuring maximum quality and efficiency. Production Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Strong knowledge of organizational workflow and ability to delegate by assigning responsibilities and formulating schedules Supervisory skills needed to oversee employees and coach them effectively Willingness to enforce compliance with safety guidelines and company standards Knowledge of all essential equipment and ability to ensure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed Ability to generate and submit reports on performance Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong coaching and training skills to complete on-boarding for new employees, including instruction on safety, e.g. how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Production Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications * High School Diploma required Proven work experience as Production Supervisor or similar role Experience in leading a multi-cultural workforce Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Able to work in dusty/dirty conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic—self-motivated and results-driven Excellent problem-solving skills Batch manufacturing experience is a plus Textile manufacturing is a plus 2 nd shift hours are 3PM – 11PM Monday - Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee assistance program Health insurance Flexible Spending Account Health Savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm) Holidays Monday to Friday Some Overtime/Saturday Work Required Ability to commute/relocate: LaGrange, GA 30240: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Supervising: 2 - 5 years (Required) Manufacturing: 3 years (Required) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
