Registered Nurse Supervisor (2nd Shift) - South Mountain Restoration Center

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will perform the following duties: Staff Leadership: Direct professional and nonprofessional nursing personnel in daily care activities Care Oversight: Review resident treatment needs and act as an advocate for safe, effective care Record Management: Maintain documentation, review assessments, and prepare required reports Team Communication: Provide clear communication to residents, families, and staff members Training Support: Offer education, orientation, and mentoring to nursing staff Emergency Response: Address medical emergencies and monitor resident condition changes Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM), rotating on-duty and off-duty daysincluding weekends and holidays, with a 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Three years as a Registered Nurse (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of professional nursing experience providing care and treatment services consistent with those needed for individuals with a mental or physical injury or illness and/or a developmental disability. Special Requirements: You must possess active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania. All employees possessing an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure as a Registered Nurse within the one (1) year period defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing. Other Requirements: PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title. You must be able to perform essential job functions.
