RK Auto is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Manager to lead and manage our business development operations in Virginia Beach, VA. This role involves overseeing the daily activities of the business development center, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering business relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the business development center.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the business development team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continually improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.
- Proven experience in business development or management roles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient with CRM and business development software.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Competitive compensation at $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
