Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: 7200 Doe Ave. Visalia, CA 93291

Day shift; Timings: 5am to 2:30pm

Qualifications:

The Quality Control Technicians will be accountable for the quality assurance of the production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES included but not limited to the following.

• Adhere to all Client rules and regulations.
• Able to read work order and follow oral and written instructions.
• Inspects, tests, and evaluates material and finished products to assure quality.
• Communicates to quality department any significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve the situation.
• Collects, reviews and analyzes data from inspections and other sources and prepares reports.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• One to six years related work experience is preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondents.
• Ability to communicate with other employees and supervisors.
• Experience working in roles with high levels of attention to detail required.
• Computer literacy skills required. MS Office, Outlook Required, JDE preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.




PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Able to stand or seat for long periods of time.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds or 1/3 of your body weight.
• Able to work 12 hour days.
• Able to wear required PPE.
• Able to bend and twist repetitively.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
