• Deliver direct, high-quality clinical care to residents while overseeing nursing assistants assigned to each unit.
• Conduct daily visits to residents in your designated unit to assess their physical and emotional well-being, promptly informing the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing of any changes in condition.
• Recognize resident issues and emergencies, taking immediate lifesaving actions when a physician is unavailable.
• Provide comprehensive care to residents within the limits of your LPN license.
• Assist in tracking the inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate availability for resident needs.
• Handle administrative tasks such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting. Report any occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous substances in line with facility policies.

• Must possess and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
