Unit Manager RN or LPN

Staff Supervision: Training, evaluating, and disciplining staff members within their unit. Performance Management: Setting clear performance expectations, monitoring individual and team performance, and providing feedback to staff. Operational Oversight: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the unit, identifying and resolving operational issues. Quality Control: Implementing and maintaining quality standards within the unit, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration: Working with other departments to achieve organizational goals and coordinate activities. Problem-solving: Identifying and addressing problems within the unit, making necessary decisions to resolve issues. Patient Care Management (Skilled Nursing): Overseeing patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.
