Attorney PositionBack Bay Staffing Group is seeking an experienced attorney who will advise our client's broker-dealers and retail registered investment advisers. The legal advice will center upon securities laws (i.e. client rules, SEC rules and different state securities laws and regulations). Location: Boston, MA or Charlotte, NC Responsibilities Include:Drafting disclosures, advising business partners on different aspects of product design and service design as well as reviewing sales literature and other communications that will be distributed to the publicDrafting and reviewing selling agreements to oversee the distribution of third-party securities products (i.e. mutual funds, 529 plans, advisory services, and alternative investments)Partnering with members of the legal team to provide advice to the company's business partnersJD requiredCandidate must be admitted to practice in at least one state3+ years practice involving Client rules, as well as federal securities laws (i.e. the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934)
