About This Role

We are seeking client‑focused Customer Onboarding Consultants to join our growing sales team. You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact during onboarding – setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
• Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service
• Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Address questions or concerns and escalation issues when needed
• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow‑up and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment
