Customer Service Specialist

Aladdin Biochem Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary of the internationally active Aladdin Scientific Group. We provide high-end research reagents, with a focus on chemical research reagents, for laboratories, research institutions, universities, and R&D customers. For our site in Büren, Germany, we are hiring several full‑time Warehouse Operators to further expand our goods receiving, warehouse, and shipping operations. Main responsibilities include: Picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Receiving incoming goods, including acceptance, inspection, and storage, depending on the assigned work area. Working with scanners, ERP systems, and inventory management systems for bookings and stock movements. Labeling, documentation, and compliance with internal SOPs. Supporting stocktaking and inventory checks. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and workplace safety in the warehouse. Compensation and benefits: Salary: €2,500–€3,200 gross per month for full‑time employment, depending on experience and qualifications. Predictable working hours from Monday to Friday during daytime, 40 hours per week. Structured onboarding, clear processes, and short decision‑making channels. A secure position in a growing, internationally oriented company. Skills Required Initial experience in warehouse work, logistics, goods receiving, shipping, or order picking is an advantage. Career changers are also welcome. Reliable and careful working style. Team‑oriented attitude and hands‑on mentality. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and follow internal work and safety procedures. German language skills at least at B1 level, especially for understanding work instructions and safety requirements. English language skills are a plus.
