QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• High school graduate or equivalent degree.
• One year post-secondary training in business office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one-year job related experience desired.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate telephone console to effectively operate multiple phone lines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge and expertise in basic office procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
