Construction Project Manager

Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Construction Project Manager** to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of services. Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or residential projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
