Seeking a Solutions Architect with a proven track record of planning and delivering mission critical software to production Job Description Solutions Architect with a proven track record of planning and delivering mission critical software to production Responsibilities: Gather and document requirements Developing functional specifications Lead a small team of software engineers Build new features from the ground up Maintain and upgrade existing code Communicate with stakeholders across multiple departments Develop plans and schedules for delivering features efficiently Recommend products and processes to improve security and efficiency Provide regular updates to company leadership Explain complex problems to stakeholders in layman’s terms Qualifications 3+ years developing and designing production applications written in PHP 2+ years leading software development teams consisting of at least 2 other developers Experience developing applications in Laravel Excellent written and oral communication Experience planning and documenting complex data structures Experience managing CI/CD workflows that deploy Docker containers Experience with memory-based datastores such as Redis and Memcache in a production setting Knowledge of PHP Toolkit for IBM i Insurance or financial industry knowledge Additional Information
