The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and expanding the impact of digital and creative services. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex scientific content into engaging, insight-driven solutions, and who is adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless integration of data, creativity, and scientific expertise. The VP will also be at the forefront of defining and evolving the organization's digital and creative direction, with a focus on scaling innovation through AI-enabled processes and modern engagement approaches. Key responsibilities for the role include acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping digital engagement strategies, and contributing to new business efforts. The VP will be expected to set the direction for digital and creative strategy, advance modern engagement approaches, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies. Operational performance and delivery optimization are critical, as is the ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years' of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare, medical communications, or pharmaceutical environment, and a proven track record in client leadership and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Experience in AI integration, modular content strategies, and a strong understanding of medical affairs, including compliance considerations, are highly valued.
