Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers. Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Assist customers with claims and policy changes. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings. Qualifications State insurance license for life and health insurance. Communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Our office is located in Baton Rouge. Our office is open 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of Northwestern State University.
