Business Development Representative

Location: Semi-Remote / Hybrid
Pay: Hourly base + commission + bonuses (weekly pay)

About the Role


Corporate Hiring Solutions (CHS) is hiring a Business Development Representative to support a growing company in the event services industry . This role is for a motivated sales professional who can self-generate leads , build relationships, and produce new business within the first 30 days .

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through networking, outreach, and community presence
• Build relationships with event planners, venues, and industry partners
• Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive visibility and leads
• Attend and work trade shows and networking events
• Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings
• Use provided CRM, automation, and branding tools
• Meet activity and revenue goals with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

• Sales or business development experience (event industry experience preferred)
• Proven ability to self-source leads and close deals
• Strong personal brand and local community presence
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working semi-remotely with Teams meetings
• Willingness to work events and trade shows

Note: Leads are not currently provided. This role requires proactive lead generation with full support from the organization.

Compensation

• Hourly base pay
