This role is for a motivated sales professional who can self-generate leads , build relationships, and produce new business within the first 30 days . - Generate new business through networking, outreach, and community presence
- Build relationships with event planners, venues, and industry partners
- Leverage social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive visibility and leads
- Attend and work trade shows and networking events
- Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings
- Use provided CRM, automation, and branding tools
- Meet activity and revenue goals with minimal supervision
- Sales or business development experience (event industry experience preferred)
- Proven ability to self-source leads and close deals
- Strong personal brand and local community presence
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working semi-remotely with Teams meetings
- Willingness to work events and trade shows
- Hourly base pay
- Commission on new business
