Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization.This position is critical to supporting our Federal client with the Electronic Health Modernization needs.TheStaffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Managerwill work closely with government stakeholders, integration leadership, data management teams, and project managers to ensurestaffing is aligned andallocatedin a timely manner. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages staffing operations, collaborates with hiring managers, and ensures organizational staffing needs are met efficiently andeffectively. Thisrole oversees coordination for staffing activities, projectstartups, reporting readiness, and communication between project leadership, resource management, and reporting teams. This role ensures newly awarded projects are properlystaffed andoperationally prepared for execution and client reporting. Responsibilities Managethefollowingactivities: onboardingand offboardingforOracle employees and subcontractors Support staffing alignment activities with Resources Analysts Track staffing timelines, completion ofstartupprojectsand deliverables Coordinate timelines and communications across teams Ensure Project Managers are prepared for reporting obligations. Maintain staffing and project tracking documentation. Support PMO operational processes Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet current and future workforce needs. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,selection, and onboarding. Partner with department leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planningobjectives. Monitor staffing levels andidentifytalent gaps across theorganization. Lead and mentor recruiters and staffing coordinators. Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators. Recommend improvements to staffing processes and recruitment technologies. Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4–6 years of project coordination, PMO support, staffing coordination, or operations experience Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office PMO support experience Leadership and team management Strategic workforce planning Relationship building Data analysis and reporting Project management Decision-making and problem-solving Attention to detail and compliance Preferred Timelineand resourcemanagementcoordination Stakeholder communication Organizational skills Experience supporting government contracts Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards Experience supporting resource management or staffing functions In office work requirement Required travel up to20% US Citizenship isrequiredwiththeability to obtain andmaintaina government security clearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ll Oefentherapie
