Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Evaluate patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions that enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to support continuous improvement at home.

Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Record clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to help patients stay on target.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education opportunities encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
