Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.

Implement Effective Therapeutic Sessions: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work intimately with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide integrated and comprehensive care.

Educate Patients and Caregivers: Offer guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic methods to ensure sustained progress at home.

Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical improvements and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure patients remain on the path to recovery.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continued education or postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
