The Love Encore Specialist / Service Advisor Apprentice position is designed as a pathway to becoming a Service Advisor. Through hands‑on training, mentorship, and continued development, successful candidates will gain the product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational experience needed to advance into a Service Advisor role and build a long‑term career within the organization. Compensation $50,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities. Strong desire to develop into a Service Advisor role through training and mentorship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-facing presence. Ability to learn vehicle systems, maintenance recommendations, and repair processes. Comfortable using technology, dealership software, and scheduling systems. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
