We’re working with a client in the industrial services and construction-related manufacturing space that is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support a busy, project-driven team. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling paperwork, project updates, customer follow-up, and internal communication in a fast-paced environment. Why this role stands out Broad role supporting accounting, operations, logistics, and projects Fast-paced environment with a lot of day-to-day variety Visible role working with internal teams, customers, and vendors Key Responsibilities Manage purchase orders and related documentation Help set up and track projects Maintain job tracking boards and project files Prepare and update pricing templates and project records Organize shipping, delivery, and compliance-related documents Support customer follow-up on outstanding invoices Assist with accounts receivable communication Coordinate with accounting, operations, logistics, and project teams Communicate with customers, vendors, field teams, and internal staff Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date Required Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills High attention to detail Experience managing paperwork, records, or project documents Experience supporting accounting, accounts receivable, operations, or project administration Comfortable working with purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer follow-up Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional communication style with customers, vendors, and internal teams Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas and data organization Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or higher preferred Experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial services, logistics, or a project-based business Experience working with accounting, operations, or project tracking systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
