This is a remote position but part of an integrated team that regularly collaborates with healthcare professionals across various disciplines, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life dynamic while ensuring that you have dedicated time to serve our patient community effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health services to patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients’ mental health status, evaluating emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHRs) rigorously for documenting patient interactions, monitoring progress, and coordinating care among various healthcare providers.

• Facilitate regular follow-up sessions with patients, adjusting treatment plans based on their responses and constructive feedback.

• Offer education and support to patients and families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and connecting them to necessary community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
