Key Responsibilities\n

As the LCSW, your primary focus will be on patient care and well-being. You will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health conditions, strengths, and specific needs, using standardized tools where applicable.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques to suit individual patient requirements.

• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and associated medication regimens, ensuring they are informed and empowered.

Compensation and Benefits\n
