Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine patients’ mental health status, strengths, and areas of need, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help patients navigate their emotional and mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care for patients, promoting a shared understanding of treatment plans and patient progress.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing tailored strategies to suit each unique patient or family dynamic.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in partnership with patients, incorporating their goals, preferences, and cultural considerations to enhance engagement and effectiveness.

• Assist patients in navigating the mental health system, advocating for their needs, rights, and access to additional resources.

• Organize and lead psychoeducation sessions, therapeutic groups, and discharge planning meetings to ensure continuity of care and reinforce learning among patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
