Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.

• Guide patients and their families through understanding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and available resources.

• Provide counseling in individual, group, and family therapy modalities using evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery.

• Develop and periodically review treatment plans in partnership with the treatment team, incorporating the patient's goals and preferences.

• Advocate for patients within the mental health system, helping them navigate services and ensuring their rights and needs are met.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
