Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health status, strengths, and treatment needs of patients, ensuring tailored strategies to guide their recovery.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting techniques to meet each patient's unique requirements.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals in the multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated and effective care pathways.

• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering informed decision-making and engagement in the recovery process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing best practice modalities to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team that reflect patient goals, preferences, and establish clear trajectories for their recovery journey.

• Act as a patient advocate, assisting them in navigating the complexities of the mental health system to ensure their rights and needs are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits\n
